Expansion will bring $2.5 million in new investment to the Upstate

Nason Company, a manufacturer of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, is expanding its operations in Oconee County. The expansion will result in $2.5 million of new capital investment and the creation of 26 new jobs.

With more than 60 years’ experience, Nason Company is a provider of space-efficient electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components for use in military and industrial applications. Offering a complete line of switches, cylinders and transducers, the company’s Oconee operation is home to a team of more than 100 expert design engineers and customer service specialists.

Located at 1307 S. Highway 11 in Walhalla, S.C., Nason will be constructing a 30,000-square-foot expansion of its existing facility. Hiring for the new positions will begin in the latter part of the third quarter of 2016. For more information on Nason Company, visit
